YMP is a jointly owned and operated the US and Chinese partnership
with product design and engineering offices in the Southern US and
manufacturing, assembly, and packaging facilities in Shenzhen
China. Established in 2005, our driving goal is to provide our
customers with Western product design capabilities and quality
standards while leveraging the low-cost manufacturing capabilities
of China.
It doesn't matter if your product is still an idea sketched out on
a napkin or a fully validated design by your own creative team. If

Excellent service begins with good communication so we have native
English-speaking account representatives assigned to each project
who remain with that project throughout the entire process from
start to finish. We also treat your company's Intellectual property
the way we would want our IP treated. Drawings, CAD files, tooling,
and any documentation, etc. are kept secure at all times--that
includes any subcontractors if they are required.

Electrophoresis technology is constantly improving with the
increase in industrial demand, electrophoresis treatment can be
customized in various colors, maintain the metallic luster and
enhance the corrosion resistance of the surface, which has little
impact on the accuracy of products. The thickness of one side is
about 10-25um, and thicker ones can also be customized.

surface treatment. If the surface treatment of parts does not meet
expectations, it will not only increase the cost but also affect

YMP has rich experience in the surface treatment of metal parts,
and we will choose a suitable surface treatment process according
to different parts' materials and uses.
The common surface treatments of YMP include: electroplating,
electrophoresis, painting, powder spraying, sandblasting,
polishing, shot blasting, laser engraving, etching, CD pattern,
silk screen printing, wire drawing, blackening, anodizing, hard
oxidation, thick film oxidation, micro-arc oxidation and so on. No

A: 5 - 10 days for the standard items in stock, 15-25 days for
custom items. Obviously, the delivery time is also based on the
order quantity.
Q: Do you provide design service?
Yes, we do. We take care of your entire project from design to

Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: 50% T/T in advance, balance be settled prior to shipment.
